Who designs the meal plan?
Our meal plans are thoughtfully created by a Culinary Medicine Chef in close collaboration with a Lifestyle Medicine Specialist. Together, we combine medical science and culinary expertise to craft meals that are both healing and flavorful.
What types of food are included in the meal plans?
Our meals are built on whole, nutrient-dense ingredients and avoid ultra-processed foods, artificial sweeteners, and refined flours. Each plan is thoughtfully tailored to specific health needs while keeping flavors satisfying and balanced.
General Principles:
- Complex, low-glycemic carbohydrates (brown rice, quinoa, sweet potato, whole grains)
- Non-starchy, colorful vegetables and fresh fruits
- Lean proteins (plant-based, fish, poultry, or tofu, depending on plan)
- Naturally low in sodium; no artificial sweeteners or refined flours
Kidney-Friendly (Renal Harmony):
- Low sodium, low phosphorus, controlled potassium
- Protein-modulated to match your CKD stage and nutritional needs
- Ingredients that support kidney health and reduce inflammation
Heart-Healthy (Calm Plate):
- Low sodium, no processed, canned, or salty foods
- Rich in leafy greens, lean proteins, low-fat dairy, tofu, legumes, and whole grains

That’s why every meal is designed by a Culinary Medicine Chef in collaboration with a Lifestyle Medicine Specialist, ensuring each dish supports disease management, longevity, and overall wellness.
Our plans go beyond calories and macros. We use whole, minimally processed ingredients, clean natural seasonings, and thoughtful preparation to prioritize balance, flavor, and nourishment. Every box you receive is more than just food — it’s culinary medicine, made practical for everyday life.
Are meals free from processed or artificial ingredients?
Yes. We carefully source every ingredient, choosing organic whenever possible and keeping our meals completely free from refined sugars, artificial additives, and ultra-processed oils.
What sets our menu apart is the thoughtful ingredient selection and preparation. We use only clean, natural seasonings — such as pink Himalayan salt, coco aminos, muscovado sugar, coconut oil, and olive oil — and rely mostly on water-based cooking methods to avoid unnecessary fats while keeping flavors vibrant.
We also take an extra step for safety and quality: all meats and vegetables are ozonated before cooking to help remove toxins, pesticides, and contaminants.
Every meal is the result of a partnership between science and the kitchen — crafted to heal, nourish, and satisfy with every bite.
Will the meals help with disease reversal or prevention?
Our meal plans are designed around Lifestyle Medicine principles — a scientifically supported approach proven to help prevent, manage, and, in some cases, reverse many chronic conditions. Combined with healthy habits such as regular movement, quality sleep, and stress management, our programs can play a key role in long-term health improvement.

How are portion sizes determined?
Portion sizes are personalized based on your current Body Mass Index (BMI) and lifestyle factors — such as whether you’re active, moderately active, or mostly sedentary. This ensures you get the right amount of calories and nutrients to support your health goals, whether that’s maintaining weight, managing a condition, or fueling an active lifestyle.
Will I be hungry on this meal plan?
No. Our meal plans are specifically formulated to keep you satisfied and energized throughout the day — unlike restrictive diets that can cause blood sugar crashes and cravings.
Meals are:
- Thoughtfully portioned with the right balance of fiber-rich plant foods, healthy fats, and appropriate protein levels to nourish you without overloading your system (especially important for kidney health).
- Designed around low-calorie, high-volume foods such as leafy greens, non-starchy vegetables, and light soups that help you feel full without excess calories, sodium, or processed ingredients.
- Built with slow-digesting carbs and balanced macronutrients to keep your energy steady and hunger controlled.
If you’re used to very large or irregular meals, the portions may feel lighter at first — but they’re intentionally crafted to satisfy, nourish, and support better digestion while preventing issues like reflux.
How does the subscription work?
You can choose a weekly or monthly meal plan, depending on what fits your schedule best. Once subscribed, you’ll receive freshly prepared meals delivered straight to your doorstep.
We offer flexible scheduling — you can pause, skip a week, or cancel anytime with no long-term commitment. This way, you stay in control and adjust your plan as your needs or routine change.
What is your refund policy?
Because our meals are freshly prepared and made-to-order, we’re unable to offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and processed.
However, if there’s an issue with your delivery — such as incorrect or damaged meals — please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Our subscription is flexible with no long-term commitment. You can pause, modify, or cancel your plan at any time — just let us know at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery to avoid being charged for that cycle.
How quickly can I see results?
Most clients begin to notice changes within about 20 days of consistently following their chosen program. Results may vary depending on your starting point, health goals, and lifestyle habits such as activity, sleep, and stress management.
